How do I track my order?

You will receive emails throughout the processing and shipping out of your purchased product(s).

How do I cancel my order?

Ideally, if you email us at help@pedestriansclothing.com with your details within 24 hours of purchasing the product(s), you will receive a cancellation confirmation email soon. Please be aware that an order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed yet.

How do I return/exchange a product?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact help@pedestriansclothing.com and our customer support will explain the instructions for your return/ exchange. 

There is a $9.99 flat shipping rate for returns and exchanges, unless there is a valid issue with the product(s), then PEDESTRIAN'S CLOTHING will offer compensation of some sort or send a replacement. A refund will be issued 7-10 business days after we receive your returned product(s). Please note that final sale products are nonrefundable.
